Situated in Glasgow’s Nitshill district, this forecourt redevelopment project delivered a full infrastructure upgrade to modern standards, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. The works involved the renewal of fuel systems, resurfacing, and layout improvements to support safer, more reliable trading.
AKN Build was appointed as Principal Contractor to carry out a comprehensive package of civils, fuel, and infrastructure works. This included replacing ageing systems, improving drainage and surfaces, and ensuring compliance with current forecourt and environmental regulations.
