During the consultation phase of construction AKN will be integral in the process of gathering and sharing information, exchanging ideas and opinions, and obtaining feedback from various stakeholders involved in the construction project. The stakeholders may include the project owner, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, government officials, and other interested parties. During the consultation phase, AKN will collaborate to establish project objectives, define the scope of work, develop a budget, and create a project schedule. We will also discuss and assess potential risks, identify areas where value engineering could be applied, and explore alternative solutions to design or construction challenges. Effective consultation will ensure that the project is feasible, meets the needs and expectations of all stakeholders, and complies with relevant regulations and standards. It will help to prevent delays, cost overruns, and disputes during the construction process.AKN will conduct the consultation phase as a critical stage of construction that will lay the foundation for a successful project outcome.
